Delivery Information

Once you have placed your order online or by telephone then you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone to be advised on lead the times for your order that are typically delivered within 5-15 working days for items that are in stock. 

Our friendly sales team will keep you fully updated throughout the order process.  

Please note that occasionally our website may show an item as being "in stock" even if this is a display model on the shop floor. In these cases, we would need to source the item directly from the UK supplier and therefore, extended lead times are to be expected. 

Stock levels tend to fluctuate very rapidly and therefore It is advisable to contact us before placing an order if you would like to know an "estimated" delivery timescale.  

Delivery Cost

We are currently offering FREE basic delivery on all orders. Your furniture will be extremely well packaged and delivered by our professional staff who are fully trained to carefully handle such items. Deliveries are carried out by either one or two-man delivery personnel who may locate the furniture in your room of choice. Please note that we cover the cost of all outward deliveries, which are free to our customers. Any additional delivery services may be chargeable, including the cost of returning goods for whatever reason.

It is important to know that we only use a specialist, fragile furniture delivery agent and they do not offer an express service. They will aim to book your delivery as quickly as possible and although not the quickest service, you can rest assured that the goods will arrive safely with less risk of damage.
