Once you have placed your order online or by telephone then you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone to be advised on lead the times for your order that are typically delivered within 5-10 working days for items that are in stock.

Please note that occasionaly our website may show an item as being "in stock" even if this is a display model on the shop floor. In these cases we would need to source the item directly from the UK supplier and therefore extended lead times are to be expected.
Stock levels tend to fluctuate very rapidly and therefore It is advisable to contact us before placing an order if you would like to know an "estimatated" delivery timescale.
We are currently offering FREE basic delivery on all orders. Your furniture will be extremely well packaged and delivered by our professional staff who are fully trained to carefully handle such items. Deliveries are carried out by either one or two-man delivery personnel who may locate the furniture to your room of choice. Please note that we cover the cost of all outward deliveries which are free to our customers. Any additional delivery services may be chargeable including the cost of returning goods for whatever reason.

The UK is currently facing a slight lorry driver shortage due to the ongoing pandemic and therefore some delivery routes are taking much longer especially on the 2-man services so your patience is appreciated.
It is important to know that we only use a specialist fragile furniture delivery agent and they do not offer an express service. They will aim to book your delivey as quickly as possible and although not the quickest service, you can rest assured that the goods will arrive safely with less risk of damage.
Express Delivery Service
We can send certain ranges on an express pallet service for an additional surcharge including remote areas of the UK and Channel Islands.
All deliveries outside mainland UK that require a ferry crossing will be sent on a pallet service that may incur additional surcharges depending on your location.

Express pallet deliveries are kerbside only so you will need assistance in taking the furniture into your home and disposing of the wooden pallet yourself.
Delivery drivers will carry out SAFE COVID-19 procedures at all times to protect customers and themselves when entering homes.
