You are also welcome to place an order securely online 24 hours or by phone during office hours. Your goods will then be dispatched from one of our supplier's distribution centers in Sussex or Cheshire where we stock thousands of furniture items ready for nationwide delivery.

These specially selected ranges are manufactured by master craftsmen who combine traditional methods with the latest technology in order to produce furniture which includes fully dovetailed joints with solid drawer bases and rear panels. All products are of extremely high quality and covered by our satisfaction guarantee.
The Order Process
Once you have placed your order online or by telephone and payment has cleared then you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone to be advised on stock availability and lead times. Items held in stock are usually delivered between 5 - 15 working days depending on your location. Some items may need to be ordered direct from the manufacturer and may take several weeks in which case you will be advised on our estimated lead time. Our friendly sales team will keep you fully updated throughout the order process.
We offer the lowest prices on all furniture ranges but do charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery on all orders to any mainland UK address (some remote areas may incur a small surcharge) Your furniture will be extremely well packaged and delivered by our professional delivery team who are fully trained to carefully handle such items. You may also request an evening or weekend delivery plus a courtesy call one hour before deliveries enabling you to manage your day more effectively. Deliveries are carried out by either one or two man delivery personnel who may locate the furniture to your room of choice.
We now offer a pine and oak furniture delivery service to Ireland at a competitive price of £120.00 per order up to 2 m3 and can also provide a quote for furniture being delivered to your home in France. Our shipping agents can also provide competitive quotes for goods being delivered to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Orkney Islands ETC.
Please call us if you would like the option to pay a 50% deposit at the time of your order with the remaining balance payable prior to delivery. Our preferred payment method is by debit card and most major credit cards can be accepted without additional charges. Payment by cash or cheque can also be made in person at our store or your cheque can be posted to our store address. Cash on delivery can only be accepted by our own delivery personnel with prior arrangement.
All payments made on this site are processed by our third-party Streamline who are certified by all major credit card companies. We do not have access to your card details and use SSL Technology and 3D Protx Secured to protect you from fraud. We are currently unaware of any customer who has been affected by fraud when using this site.
We are confident that our prices remain competitive throughout the retail sector. In the unlikely event that you find the same product cheaper elsewhere then please e-mail us with as much information as possible so that we can offer you our price match service or even beat your quoted price.
Buying furniture online may be a daunting experience for some customers so we, therefore, provide a full satisfaction guarantee on most products. You have a legal right to cancel within 7 days from the date of your order. We will also repair any faulty items free of charge but any returned items must be returned in their original packaging and returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that self-assembly furniture cannot be returned for a refund.
