The Order Process
Once you have placed your order online or by telephone and payment has cleared, you will be contacted by e-mail to be advised on your delivery lead times. Most items are usually held in stock with our suppliers and are typically delivered within 5-15 working days. Our friendly sales team will keep you fully updated throughout the order and delivery process.
Delivery Cost
We offer the lowest prices on all furniture ranges with free delivery on all orders to any mainland UK address (some Scottish and Welsh areas may incur a delivery surcharge) Your furniture will be extremely well packaged and delivered by our professional delivery team who are fully trained to carefully handle such items. Deliveries are carried out by either one or two-man delivery personnel who may locate the furniture to your room of choice.
Payment Options
Please call us if you would like the option to pay a 50% deposit at the time of your order with the remaining balance payable prior to delivery. Our preferred payment method is by debit card and most major credit cards can be accepted without additional charges.
All payments made on this site are processed by our third-party Stripe who is certified by all major credit card companies. We do not have access to your card details and use SSL Technology and 3D Protx Secured to protect you from fraud. We are currently unaware of any customer who has been affected by fraud when using this website.
We are confident that our prices remain competitive throughout the retail sector. In the unlikely event that you find the same product cheaper elsewhere then please e-mail us with as much information as possible so that we can aim to offer you our price match service or even beat your quoted price.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Buying furniture online may be a daunting experience for some customers so we, therefore, provide a full satisfaction guarantee on most products. You have a legal right to cancel within 7 days from the date of your order. We will also repair any faulty items free of charge but any returned items should be returned in their original packaging and returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once goods have been returned, we will process a full refund within 2-3 working days.
