The Order Process

Once you have placed your order online or by telephone and payment has cleared then you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone to be advised on stock availability and lead times. Items held in stock are usually delivered between 5 - 15 working days depending on your location. Some items may need to be ordered direct from the manufacturer and may take several weeks in which case you will be advised on our estimated lead time. Our friendly sales team will keep you fully updated throughout the order process.  

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over £500 to any mainland UK address or a flat charge of £35 per order under this amount. Your furniture will be extremely well packaged and delivered by our professional delivery team who are fully trained to carefully handle such items. You may also request an evening or weekend delivery plus a courtesy call one hour before deliveries enabling you to manage your day more effectively. Deliveries are carried out by either one or two man delivery personnel who may locate the furniture to your room of choice.

Payment Options

Please call us if you would like the option to pay a 50% deposit at the time of your order with remaining balance payable prior to delivery. Our prefered payment method is by debit card and most major credit cards can be accepted without additional charges. Payment by cash or cheque can also be made in person at our store or your cheque can be posted to our store address. Cash on delivery can only be accepted by our own delivery personel with prior arrangement.

All payments made on this site are processed by our third party Streamline who are certified by all major credit card companies. We do not have access to your card details and use SSL Technology and 3D Protx Secured to protect you from fraud. We are currently unaware of any customer who has been affected by fraud when using this site.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Buying furniture online may be a daughnting experience for some customers so we therefore provide a full satisfaction guarantee on all products. You have a legal right to cancel within 7 days from the date of your order. We will also refund or replace any faulty items free of charge and if you are not completely satisfied. Please note that these items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery to ensure a refund of the purchase price.
